Questions, answered

Does Castpace upload to YouTube for me?

Yes. Connect your channel with Google sign-in and schedule a video. At that time Castpace uploads it with the title, description, tags, thumbnail and visibility you set.

Where do my videos live?

In your own Google Drive. You choose them in Google's file picker, and Castpace can only open the files you pick. They stay in your Drive until they go out.

What does the $5.99 plan include?

Everything Castpace does: planning, publishing, Google Drive and analytics, and everything we add later. It covers up to 10 brands, 1,000 scheduled posts and 15 GB of video a month.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.

What happens to my YouTube data?

Castpace uses YouTube API Services to show your channel's numbers back to you, and nothing else. You can delete what it stores at any time in Settings. The Privacy Policy has the details.
