Terms of Service

Last updated 1 November 2026. These terms are between you and Chetan Dhalia, which runs Castpace.

YouTube

Castpace uses YouTube API Services. By using Castpace you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must give a real email address, keep your password safe and be old enough to form a contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.

Your content

What you upload or pick from Google Drive stays yours. You give us permission to read it, store it where this service needs to, and send it to the networks you choose, only to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, and that it follows each network's rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Castpace to send spam, harass people, infringe rights, break a network's rules, misuse another person's account or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for your order and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds under Paddle's buyer terms. If you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the paid period and then moves to Free. Limits apply to new work, so nothing you already have is removed when you downgrade.

What we do not promise

We work to keep Castpace running, but networks can change their rules, refuse a post or end access at any time, and we cannot guarantee that a post will publish. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time under Plan and billing, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
